Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (or TRE®) is a simple, safe and effective series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma.
Designed to reboot the nervous system, relax chronic muscular patterns and restore the body’s natural orientation towards health.
Shaking can release long-held tension and stress patterns and promote new feelings of connection, confidence and ease.
TRE® is a safe, natural process of releasing deep held patterns of muscular tension and unlocking reservoirs of natural energy and resilience.
TRE is a body based (somatic) process which, when done properly, through a Certified TRE Provider can allow the individual to discharge tension from the body, which often does not require “revisiting the story”, i.e. talking about it.
TRE is designed to be a self-help tool that once mastered, can be used independently, supporting and promoting personal health and wholeness when and as needed.
