Age restriction
This website, its resources and services are created for 18 years old people (or whichever is legal adult age in your country) and older. If you are younger then the legal adult age in your country, please stop using it immediately. Though we personally believe in the positive power of the practices we offer, everyone is unique and some processes we offer may be challenging, uncomfortable and triggering some painful memories and emotions. Please, take care of yourself by not participating in anything against your will and by taking extra care of yourself according to your best judgement. Stop immediately if you feel overwhelmed, unsafe or uncomfortable in any way. Some stronger processes are recommended to do in the supervised setting only.
I you have serious medical or psychological conditions, please consult your doctor before trying out any of our practices or services. If you need any guidance or special support, please let us know in advance. Our processes and services are not suitable for those suffering with severe mental conditions.
Payments and refunds
All participants are expected to pay their full tuition or service fees within the set deadline.
Any payment for a session will be refunded as follows:
- 100% refund for cancellation 1 month before the appointment
- 50% refund for cancellation 2 weeks before the appointment
- No refunds issued 5 days or less before to the appointment
We do not provide refunds on other services and products.
Injuries, failures, loss and damage and Practitioners Disclaimer:
We accept no liability for any injuries or illnesses which may be received during our events, individual sessions or trainings.
We accept no responsibility for loss or damage of any personal belongings or valuables of the participants which may be received during our events, individual sessions or trainings.
We accept no responsibility for any failures to deliver the services beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, etc.
By visiting this site you agree, Sunshine T Ltd is not liable for any loss, injuries or damages of any kind resulted from the services, products or event of any of the practitioners mentioned on this website.
Occasionally we may link our users to third party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for materials and practices of any third-party websites. Please use them on your own judgement.
