Design process is a complex and collaborative process. We think our clients have the right to know what to expect when working with us.
1. Print design.
Print design is usually a very straight forward process, which depends largely on successful communication between an agency and a client.
Step 1 – Discussion of the Brief (via e-mail, phone or in person)
We will need to know and understand your requirements, and company information. We will also need to receive images, logos and text you would like to be incorporated in your design.
Step 2 – Mock up
Within 3 working days of receiving all the necessary information, we will send you the first mock up of the design.
Step 3 – Revisions
Within 3 working days of receiving your recommendations, we will make the necessary changes to the design and resend the revised design for your changes or approval.
* The number of revisions usually depends on the customer, if it is not limited by the applied package.
Step 4 - Once approved, we will send you the files by e-mail or post them on a CD-ROM, if the file size is too large (free of charge within UK).

2. Web design
Creating a website is team work, requiring immense effort from both an agency and a client. To ensure success of the project, please be prepared to get involved greatly in the project and to prepare and provide us with the relevant information and content.
Step 1 – Discussion of the Brief (via e-mail, phone or in person)
We will need to know and understand your requirements, product or service, your company information and to discuss many small issues like domain names, hosting, etc.
We would also ask you to prepare all the verbal content, images, logos and anything else you would like to be incorporated in your web design.
Step 2 - Market Research and domain name purchase
We provide market research on your product or service, competitors, target audience, etc. at no extra charge. We also purchase a domain name for you at this stage to ensure its availability (if agreed).
Step 3 – Additional information (via e-mail, phone or in person)
We may need to ask some additional questions to be able to provide best services.
Step 4 – General mock up
Within 3 working days of receiving the necessary information, we will send you the first general mock up of the web design.
Step 5 – Revisions
Within 3 working days of receiving your recommendations, we will make the necessary changes to the web design and resend the revised design for your changes or approval.
* The number of revisions usually depends on the customer, if it is not limited by the applied package.
Step 6 - Once approved, we will develop your web site, closely cooperating with you on the various stages (e.g. finished page approval, site map development, etc.)
Step 7 - Prelaunch Testing
We will provide free of charge simple usability, accessibility and performance testing and can arrange you more specialised testing if required (at additional cost).
Step 8 - Signing off (by the Client’s appointed person)
Step 9 - Upload and launch (if requested by the Client)
Step 10 - Poastlaunch Testing (if the launch is requested)
Step 11 - Promotion
We perform standard promotion at no extra charge, and additionally if agreed (at extra cost).
Step 12 - Monitoring, maintenance and updating (if requested)
